Both designing analysis and the conteptual project of the area aimed at creating the biggest Logistic Center in this part of Europe. Within this complex, the warehouses and the office space were designed, together with the pedestrians and bikers communication systems. The whole complex was located in the intdustrial part of town, next to the freight railways and the new container terminal in Gdańsk.
