Two commercial buildings, one of which is the office space and the other serves the hotel function. The designing challenge here was the communication connection of the projected complex with the neighboring high terrace of the Sea Towers building, in a way that would enable collision-free communication within the port water areas. In the underground space of both buildings the servise area was designed, so that this place can enliven the area, which by its historical industrial nature is void of people.
