The planned 52 hectare vacation complex is located on Lake Dadaj, in the Mazury region of northeast Poland. The development will include 500 summer villas, two hotels, numerous swimming pools, football fields, entertainment centers, restaurants and two marinas. The project is designed for more than 200,000 annual visitors, making it the largest of its type in Poland.
