Six storey building of ˜7000sqm usable area situated in strict center of the city – nearby "Port Gate" is designed as an office building with retail area in the ground floor and one storey underground garage. It fills a gap in the uban factor at the corner of two main streets. The form of the building is simple with one deformation imposed by the shape of building plot. Modular, repeatable wall openings and simple material solutions define its ascetic character. Those design solutions together with colour contrasts with the surrounding make the building dominate in this part of the city – which is desired both from the uban point of view and the building prestige.
